I couldn't find sources to show he meets WP:BIO or WP:GNG. Possible WP:ATD is merge/redirect or redirect to Pádraig Harrington#Personal life as he has a one-sentence mention in that article, but I think a merge would give overdue prominence in Harrington's article.
