Arvydas Novikovas

Contested PROD, tag removed with no explanation at all. The subject is a 17-year old footballer contracted with Hearts FC, of which he is not part of the first team [1]. He appeared to have played only with some Lithuanian teams (I say 'appeared' because no sources were provided regarding these claimed appearances), nonetheless the Lithuanian top flight is not fully professional, so he fails WP:ATHLETE by any stretch of imagination.
