[edit]

On 20 September 2024, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Earl de Grey, Kingston upon Hull, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that according to legend, after one of the Earl de Grey's parrots was killed, the other never spoke again? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Earl de Grey, Kingston upon Hull. You are welcome to check how many pageviews the nominated article or articles got while on the front page (here's how, Earl de Grey, Kingston upon Hull), and the hook may be added to the statistics page after its run on the Main Page has completed. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.

Thank you for your interesting article on Earl de Grey, Kingston upon Hull. If I may offer just one suggestion, it is to follow the MOS:SECTIONORDER guideline regarding the Coord template. It seems that certain mobile operating systems can't handle the Coord template being near the top of the article, which is why MOS:SECTIONORDER wants it placed either in the Infobox, or just above the Categories at the bottom of the page. Thank you for this. It hadn't occured to me before that the coordinates were to go anywhere in particular, so I will keep this in mind. -- D'n'B-t -- 08:17, 21 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
