Renders improperly?

When I used this template, instead of substituting my username at the beginning it retains the two tildes; there may be something wrong with {{subst:REVISIONUSER}}, but I don't know how to fix it. Miniapolis (talk) 22:57, 4 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
