Article is not ready
[edit]@Yewtharaptor:, the article is far from ready and especially there are 131 unformatted references, the text is a mess with many typos, spelling mistakes up to outright incomprehensible text. Please work on this before adding yet more information. Ask @Hemiauchenia: for assistance and mentoring, the status of the article about this most important Lagerstätte is just not adequate enough. I did some quick editing now. Cheers, Tisquesusa (talk) 14:45, 1 April 2020 (UTC)
- @Tisquesusa: Maybe that´s why i ask for help on various social media...did you see the old version? It was an abomination (When we are talking about a really important Fm). It needs all the work everybody can provide (THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!!). There is a lot of work to be done.

Sachrang Formation is the same
[edit]@Tisquesusa:,@Hemiauchenia: According to the Stratigraphic Table Of Germany (2016 and 2018), the Sachrang Formation is the same as the Posidonia Shale, being a Black Shale invasion o the Ällgau Profile. Also recommend to put all the names of the Posidonia: Sachrang Formation, Posidonia Shale, Posidonienschiefer Formation, Schwarzerschiefer and Ölschiefer Formation, mostly to evade confusion. Wikilinks format
[edit]Many, if not most of the wikilinks present on this page are poorly formatted by beginning with an Uppercase while being located in the middle of the text. This is not necessary, nor a standard style (WP:MOS) recommended by Wikipedia. Most of the common names: chemical compounds, minerals names are normally starting with a lowercase. For fossile species and living creatures, perhaps an Uppercase is acceptable, but the style has to be consistent all over the page. For geological formations, OK, an Uppercase is correct. The correction of the wikilinks format will require some work and time. Better to avoid useless revert and edit warring for that. Just to be certain that the main contributors to this page agree on this point. Shinkolobwe (talk) 11:08, 25 February 2022 (UTC)
