Laid up information is incorrect
[edit]The article says the ship was laid up from 1995 to 1997. This is incorrect because four of us traveled to Freeport on this ship on 6/15/1996, and returned the following weekend. I checked the pictures I have to verify this.

- The sources used in this article clearly state the ship was laid up in 1995-1997. If you can provide a verifiable source which indicates this is incorrect, the article should be amended. However, I have to point out the sources used here area widely respected, well-researched website and a book by a notable Finnish maritime historian. It is certainly possible that both of them are mistaking, but the evidence to the contrary should be pretty strong for a source to be more believable than the ones currently in use. — Kjet (talk · contribs) 11:27, 12 November 2008 (UTC)
Car lift / ramp
[edit]The article states that before and after the lengthening the car deck was accessed by a lift. However looking at the deckplans available on http://www.hhvferry.com/deckplans the 1964 version ( http://www.hhvferry.com/ilmatar1964_dpx.html ) has the lift shown. The 1970s version ( http://hhvferry.com/Ilmatarlate_dpts.jpg ) shows a ramp to the car deck on the opposite side of the ship. Markxz (talk) 18:38, 13 February 2010 (UTC)
