If you are unable to complete a move for technical reasons, you can request technical help below. This is the correct method if you tried to move a page, but you got an error message saying something like "You do not have permission to move this page, for the following reasons:..." or "The/This page could not be moved, for the following reason:..."

To list a technical request: edit the Uncontroversial technical requests subsection and insert the following code at the bottom of the list, filling in pages and reason:

This will automatically insert a bullet and include your signature. Please do not edit the article's talk page.
If you object to a proposal listed in the uncontroversial technical requests section, please move the request to the Contested technical requests section, append a note on the request elaborating on why, and sign with ~~~~. Consider pinging the requester to let them know about the objection.
If your technical request is contested, or if a contested request is left untouched without reply, create a requested move on the article talk and remove the request from the section here. The fastest and easiest way is to click the "discuss" button at the request, save the talk page, and remove the entry on this page.

Palaeocimbex quadrimaculatus (currently a redirect to Cimbex quadrimaculatus) → Cimbex quadrimaculatus (move · discuss) – Page move isn't working as the existing redirect has been edited. Cimbex quadrimaculatus is the current combination in all of the current literature. Palaeocimbex has been noted as a synonym of Cimbex at least since Liston et al.'s (2014) Checklist of British and Irish Hymenoptera - Sawflies, 'Symphyta'. Lahti-Kotkan satama commuter rail (currently a redirect to VR commuter rail) → VR commuter rail (move · discuss) – The actual name of said commuter rail system is "VR commuter rail", the current name "Lahti-Kotkan satama commuter rail" refers to only one of its seven services. However, VR commuter rail has previously redirected to another, mostly separate system called Helsinki commuter rail which is an outdated redirection and nowadays somewhat incorrect. TLDR: "VR commuter rail" should be the name of a page currently titled "Lahti-Kotkan satama commuter rail". Tavarajuna (talk) 15:38, 18 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

That was almost 12 years ago and hence could be considered stable. This section is typically used for reverting a single more recent move, which for this article in particular would be the one on 07:46, 16 February 2022‎. In addition, some of these moves occurred over 6 months ago. You'd probably be better off at this point doing a mass WP:RM instead.
