Ljutenica (Serbian Cyrillic: Љутеница, Bulgarian/Macedonian Cyrillic: лютеница, Ljuto meaning Sour) is a national relish of Serbia, F.Y.R.O.M. and Bulgaria.

The contents is:

Ljutenica originates in Serbia but it's as popular as in Bulgaria, even there considered a national relish.

Ljutenica is slightly more sour than the other popular serbian relish Ajvar.
