Brucan later became a critic of [[Nicolae Ceaușescu]]. Following [[World War II]], Sidorovici was a public prosecutor in the [[Romanian People's Tribunals|People's Tribunals]] from 1945 to 1946, in which lawsuits were filed against the Romanian political and cultural elite.
