Description
English: LOCAD-PTS Biochemistry. Enzyme cascades are shown for all three current types of LOCAD-PTS cartridge. Each cartridge type detects one of three groups of microorganisms: gram-negative bacteria (endotoxin), fungi (glucan) and gram-positive bacteria (lipoteichoic acid).
