Description
English: Postcard photo of the GE AC boxcab electric locomotives used by the Great Northern to take trains through the old Cascade Tunnel. The old tunnel was electrified by the railroad in 1909; these locomotives began work there at the time and remained working until the new Cascade Tunnel was completed in 1929.
