Прямоугольное двухстороннее полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, составленное из трёх горизонтальных полос синего, жёлтого и красного цвета в соотношении 1:4:1, воспроизводящее выходящего из середины красной полосы орла из герба Немецкого национального района.
