English: Recommendation (page 1) for promotion to Captain in the Polish Army of Stanisław Grodyński, by Brigadier General Nikodem Sulik-Sarnowski on 12 June 1946.
This document (reference A.XII.86/5/140), copied courtesy of the Polish Institute and Sikorski Museum in London, also provides an outline of Stanisław’s military career during two World Wars and on ‘page 2’ provides the comment: “A very good organizer as administrator of the Eastern Territories Alliance. Full of enthusiasm and initiative with well-developed inter-personal skills. Commended for work in headquarters.” The Scotch Mist Gallery contains photographs of historic buildings, monuments, memorials and people of Poland.Polski: “Bardzo dobry organizator jako sektetarz Zwiazku Ziem Wschodnich.
