Betsy Rosenberg is an American broadcast journalist and environmental media expert. She served as a CBS Radio News anchor in New York City from April 1988 to mid-1991. After starting the "Trash Talk" eco series on KCBS Radio in San Francisco on Earth Day 1997, she later hosted EcoTalk on Air America Radio. The program was broadcast every weeknight from 9 - 10 pm Eastern Time. Its last program was broadcast on May 19th, 2007. Rosenberg also worked on The Green Front, which aired on Progressive Radio Network, an internet radio station. She also is the former lead interviewer and co-founder at Green TV, developing its website (www.greentv.com), with the goal of launching an online streaming service for "all green news and views, all the time," eventually intending for it to operate 24/7. Rosenberg has conducted more than 4,500 environmental interviews with climate scientists, climate activists, politicians, and thinkers.
