Ai Kondo Yoshida (吉田(近藤) 愛, Yoshida (Kondō) Ai, born 5 November 1980) is a Japanese sports sailor.[1][2]

At the 2008 Summer Olympics, she competed in the women's 470 class with Naoko Kamata, finishing in 14th place.[3] At the 2012 Summer Olympics, she competed in the same event, finishing in 14th place again, with her teammate this time being Wakako Tabata.[2] At the 2016 Summer Olympics, she competed in the same event with Miho Yoshioka, finishing in 5th place.[4]

For the 2018 Women's 470 World Championships, Yoshida teamed up with Miho Yoshioka winning gold. For the 2019 Women's 470 World Championships, Yoshida teamed up with Miho Yoshioka again, winning silver.
