I have been editing for Wikipedia since 2009 mainly on railway history. Born and brought up in South London I now live in Kent. I worked for British Rail and railway contractors for 33 years before taking early retirement. Active working volunteer on a heritage railway. Author of one book on railway history and am a (named) contributor to many other books and current web sites.
