Medevac Law

This article should include a section regarding the 2018 ammendments to the act regarding medical treatment and transfer of refugees/asylum seekers in detention.

2017 court ruling

I'm not confident I understand this well enough to write it, but this 2017 court ruling limiting federal powers seems relevant.
