Position of references
Hi, some good additions to Trite auricoma. Just to note that if multiple sentences are supported by the same reference, it's enough to put the ref after the last one, e.g. at the end of the paragraph. Peter coxhead (talk) 19:26, 23 June 2019 (UTC)
Please watch your spellings
I've just reviewed your new article on Aranimemis giganteus, but then had to move it to Aranimermis giganteus because of your spelling error throughout that article. Do please watch the spellings of obscure taxa, as these errors could well go unnoticed for quite some time, yet be indexed on Google and appear to other people to be valid. I've also added a link to the Researchgate paper in your reference, and I'd hope you'd always consider including this in the references for any new articles you make. I'll leave it to you to fix the page categorisation, please. Kind regards, Nick Moyes (talk) 09:42, 7 October 2019 (UTC)
- PS: I don't want to sound overly critical, because it's great to see authors like you focusing on creating pages for new taxa. However, I'd welcome you getting a bit more familiar with adding really good references, which is so easy to do with the "Cite" button in the editing tool. Your reference formatting at Tawera spissa for the first citation is a bit dire, and I'm sure you'll find it easier to include those urls to articles or WoRMS-type websites (rather than use the nowiki tags) if you try using them. I'd use the 'Cite web' template from the dropdown list of options for WoRMS database pages. For a bit of guidance on doing this, see User:Nick Moyes/Easier Referencing for Beginners. All the best - and feel free to shout if you need any further help or encouragement. Keep up the good work! Nick Moyes (talk) 09:59, 7 October 2019 (UTC)
