Renaming shields and flags of the Dominican RepublicI have seen that you are changing the names of shields and flags of provinces and municipalities of the Dominican Republic. It is interesting and important but I have to tell you that most of them, if not all, are fakes, they are not official; they were made by a guy who has an obsession with flags (and Miss Universe). It has been a problem for years. I tried to stop its works years ago but I got tired and I am not working in the Spanish Wikipedia anymore even if my language is Spanish and I am from the Dominican Republic. In some moments, he (or she, but a think that is a "he") creates new provinces in the country because he needs them so he can draw new flags; it is not a joke, is true.
