Kawmoora (Burmese: ကော့မူးရာ) is a large flat sandbank which is linked to Myanmar with a narrow strip of land that is fortified with a 50 m-long bunker. it is surrounded by Thailand.

Kawmoora was a Karen stronghold. Kawmoora fell to SPDC army in Feb 21, 1995.[1]
