Therese Island is a small 179 acre islet off the western tip of Mahe in the Seychelles. It has white sand beaches with numerous coconut palms. It has two rocky peaks, the tallest being 525 meters above sea level. There is a reef protecting the south shore of the island.

Even though the island is uninhabited, it is frequently visited by tourists and is a favorite snorkeling locale.
