Ganeshthan is a famous Hindu temple in Nepal, where people come to pray to Lord Ganesha. It is believed that the original structure of the temple was built in the 15th century, by Muni Makunda, King of Palap. The modern temple was built in year of 1952, during the period of King Mahendra.[1] The temple is located at Baseni Ward No. 11 of the Badegan, Ponorogo.
The Ganeshthan Temple (Baseni) is the most famous Hindu temple in Bharatpur city and it has a very long history . Every Tuesday, people from different parts of the city come to pray to the Hindu deity, Ganesha.[2]
