Statement by Marketdiamond

Not the AfD but conduct making a 30 day process @ 9 talks, none my choice.

No ANI Admin discussion. No answers by Fortuna over weeks of messaging on 3 pages. BMK put me in a hall-of-mirrors with 7-8 disruptions (dis.) of my talk edits on 3 pages, moving the AfD discussion to 2 pgs w/ 22 edits in 2+ hrs.

I see a pattern w/ BMK & Fortuna

BK in just 7 mins(or 34 mins. but with +s) reads thru 2 ANIs, a week-long AfD & a users talk? W/o replying BK closes my concerns on 4 talks & deletes the article w/o any admin talk.

15 Apr
Fortuna OKs a more promotional version w/ no input prior to AfD, then never votes/answers/explains for 7 days except by (personal but relevant & fact/not attack).

Posts more deletion "irony" policy vio

1:10 BMK changes my talk page words (dis. #1) w/o answering my concerns+false statement 6:23 contradiction, false statement/incivil ignores my concerns/dehumanizes, showing BMK escalates not resolve (ibid): I don't have a clue what the fuck you're talking about. What I'm talking about is that every editor only gets to !vote on AfD once, and you !voted twice. 6:24 ibid+challenging: duh, no, i only does whatz all da udders duz cause i aint got no brainses. You kmow what, you can stick your comment where the sun doesn't shine, sweetheart...stop being a jerk and hassling editors who disagree with you. (Oh, and yes, my !vote actually does count. It's enough to make you cry, innit?)

6:25 dis. #2 6:34 Buzz off. 6:36 dis. #3 After "buzz off" to ANI, BMK reverses & w/o warning/resolution goes ANI on 'incident' no editor discussed nor talk page alerted me with revisionism+ibid, admits AfD policy vio

7:05 @ my talk contra 7:13 ibid 7:18 7:28 edits over me #4 asking all if I'm "WP:CIR" 7:33 7:35 7:41 ibid + ends with "CIR" narrative There is definitely something... off going on there.

8:07 @AfD. Despite BMK's denial, my fear of editors 'parroting' false statements occurs

8:23
I post on BMK deleting half my title BMK ibid

8:26 Dis. #5 & ibid:You are not worth my time. Don't post here again unless you are required to by Wikipedia policies 8:27
"same as last you bore me" Dis. #6/deletes my notice & ibid.
Dis. #7 + contra

After I notify w/ link @ 8:20, 8:30 BMK ibid after deleting me

8:33 BK edits BMK 8:34 undos 8:39 Merges my ANI after 27 mins. w/o prior admin help. 8:43 While knowing I've been away from AfD closes & deletes article IMO against AfD policies/false w/ ignored questions including by another editor's "to table" yet [is by far (hrs. & days) the 1st to be deleted that wasn't speedy. 8:46 Closes 7 min. old merged ANI w/o any admin help, parroting BMK's false & contras. Parrots BMK's false statements in BK's 1st conversation anywhere on this

Unsolicited Fortuna, IMO mocking

Statement by Beyond My Ken

I believe that the fullest understanding of what went on here -- at least from my point of view -- can be had by reading the AfD involved (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Corporate_Election_Services), with special attention to Marketdiamond's comments and behavior, and this thread on AN/I: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Administrators%27_noticeboard/IncidentArchive883#Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion.2FCorporate_Election_Services BMK (talk) 15:00, 14 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Statement by Black Kite

My reply to Marketdiamond can be seen at User_talk:Black_Kite/Archive_57#So_let_me_understand_this. The diffs he gives where I reverted BMK on his talkpage were a mis-click, reverted immediately. Other than that, the place for the discussion of an AfD close is WP:DRV, nowhere else. Black Kite (talk) 13:43, 14 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Statement by uninvolved Guy Macon

This appears to be a continuation of the dispute at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/IncidentArchive883#Requested immediate block on user BMK. I fail to see anything new that was not addressed at ANI. --Guy Macon (talk) 14:34, 14 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Statement by Hasteur

If there is anything for ArbCom to sort out it is the significant failure to meet basic conduct/behavioral norms. It is my posit that this need not be a full evidentary ArbCom case and could be disposed of by committee endorsed reccomendations (i.e. a warning) or with conduct restricting sanctions (i.e. Boomerang action against the requestor). Admins acted in line with the established policies/guidelines/best practices and therefore have nothing to be addressed. Hasteur (talk) 18:32, 14 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
