Christoffel "Chris" Hooijkaas (January 6, 1861, Rotterdam - October 15, 1926, Rotterdam) was a sailor from the Netherlands, who represented his native country at the 1900 Summer Olympics in Paris, France. With helmsman Henri Smulders and fellow crew Arie van der Velden, Hooijkaas took the 4th place in the 3 to 10 ton.
