The Elihu Thomson House (built 1889) is a historic house located at 22 Monument Avenue, Swampscott, Massachusetts. It is a National Historic Landmark and currently serves as Swampscott Town Hall, it is right next to the public library and directly across from a Chabad Lubavich synagogue.

The house was designed by architect James Kelly for the noted inventor, electrical engineer, and industrialist Elihu Thomson who was, with Thomas Edison, co-founder of General Electric Company. The house was built with an observatory, which no longer exists.

It was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1976.[2][3]
