- File:1934 Final Teams.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- Invalid {{PD-URAA}} claim: as this was taken after 1925, it can't have been published before 1926, which is a requirement for Irish photos using this copyright tag. Stefan2 (talk) 00:33, 29 November 2013 (UTC)
- There is no evidence that the copyright tag is true. Source country unknown. Stefan2 (talk) 00:34, 29 November 2013 (UTC)
- File:Alfred Orda photo.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- We are lacking evidence of publication in Poland, which is one of the requirements for {{PD-URAA}} for Polish photos. Stefan2 (talk) 00:38, 29 November 2013 (UTC)
- Insufficient source to verify copyright status. Stefan2 (talk) 00:38, 29 November 2013 (UTC)
- There is no explanation as to why this copyright tag would apply. Stefan2 (talk) 00:39, 29 November 2013 (UTC)
- Invalid copyright tag: {{PD-URAA}} can only be used for Japanese drawings if the artist died before 1946, which isn't the case here. Stefan2 (talk) 00:40, 29 November 2013 (UTC)
- File:1928 Hilda Runciman.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- Invalid {{PD-URAA}} claim: as this was taken after 1925, it can't have been published before 1926, which is a requirement for British photos using this copyright tag. Stefan2 (talk) 00:41, 29 November 2013 (UTC)
- I have changed the tag for PD-UK as the image was taken in 1928 by an unknown author, therefore the copyright expired in the UK in 1998 70 years after it was created in 1928 under UK copyright law. Jack1956 (talk) 19:44, 29 November 2013 (UTC)
- Note: This image is currently tagged as non-free. If there is a dispute with the rationale, please tag the image with {{dfu}} or list it at WP:Non-free content review. AnomieBOT⚡ 20:12, 29 November 2013 (UTC)
- Note image now tagged as free. Jack1956 (talk) 20:47, 29 November 2013 (UTC)
- {{PD-UK}} only covers the source country, this still needs clarification of copyright status in the US. January (talk) 17:12, 30 November 2013 (UTC)
- There is no alternative earlier image of the subject that I can find and I have spent a lot of time looking. Isn't it Wikipedia policy that if a free image could not be found after a reasonable search NFCC rules allow the Lead image in bio articles to be a non-free image? Jack1956 (talk) 20:56, 30 November 2013 (UTC)
- Fair use could be claimed for Hilda Runciman, Viscountess Runciman of Doxford, but it would have to be removed from the other two articles it is currently used in (St Ives by-election, 1928 and Tavistock (UK Parliament constituency)). January (talk) 21:07, 30 November 2013 (UTC)

- {{PD-URAA}} can't be used for Lebanese photos unless they were published before 1946, which obviously isn't the case with photos from the 1950s. Stefan2 (talk) 00:43, 29 November 2013 (UTC)
- One requirement for using {{PD-URAA}} for Chinese photos is that the photo was taken before 1946. As the Civil Aviation Flight University of China was established in 1956, this can impossibly be the case here. Stefan2 (talk) 00:44, 29 November 2013 (UTC)
- Invalid copyright tag: {{PD-URAA}} can't be used for British illustrations unless the illustrator died before 1926, which obviously can't be the case with an illustration from the 1930s. Stefan2 (talk) 00:47, 29 November 2013 (UTC)
- Invalid copyright tag: {{PD-URAA}} can't be used for German works unless the author died before 1926, which is impossible for a 1929 work. Stefan2 (talk) 00:51, 29 November 2013 (UTC)
- File:Brezhnev1936.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- A requirement for using {{PD-URAA}} for Russian photos is that the photographer died before 1946. Unfortunately, we do not have any evidence that this is the case. Stefan2 (talk) 00:53, 29 November 2013 (UTC)
- File:Busch Quartet c.1930.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- Invalid copyright tag: {{PD-URAA}} can't be used for German photos taken after 1925, and it can't be used for photos which weren't published before 1989 either. Stefan2 (talk) 00:54, 29 November 2013 (UTC)
- File:Bücker Bü131 Jungmann.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- Invalid public domain claim: unless this was published before 1926, it is still copyrighted in the United States. Stefan2 (talk) 00:56, 29 November 2013 (UTC)
- Invalid USA copyright tag: {{PD-URAA}} can't be used for Canadian photos taken after 1945. Unfree in USA. Stefan2 (talk) 00:57, 29 November 2013 (UTC)
- File:Finger Vein Working.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- Hitachi Ltd and Hitachi Europe Limited claimed the copyrights on this image in 2006. See: http://www.hitachi.eu/veinid/documents/articleforfvforbankingvision2010final.pdf. Uploader claimed to be the copyright owner of the image at the time of the upload. No evidence to support that the uploader was from Hitachi Ltd and Hitachi Europe Limited. - File:Lao-America College.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- File claimed as own work, but as the logo of an organisation, seems unlikely. Fenix down (talk) 08:07, 29 November 2013 (UTC)

- There is no evidence of permission except for {{db-f3}}, but an IP keeps removing the {{subst:npd}} tag. Stefan2 (talk) 14:18, 29 November 2013 (UTC)

- Image seems to originate from [1] website if you look at the epson brochure/manuals pages. Seems to not be owned by uploader -- ТимофейЛееСуда. 14:51, 29 November 2013 (UTC)
