Bosco Marengo (Piedmontese: Ël Bòsch) is a town and comune (municipality) in the Province of Alessandria in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 80 km southeast of Turin and about 12 km southeast of Alessandria.

Bosco Marengo borders the following municipalities: Alessandria, Basaluzzo, Casal Cermelli, Fresonara, Frugarolo, Novi Ligure, Pozzolo Formigaro, Predosa, and Tortona.

Nuclear enrichment plant

There was a nuclear enrichment plant in Bosco Marengo, which started operating in 1973. In December 2008 it was decided that it should be decommissioned.[3]
