Fair use rationale for Image:Megaramp.jpg

Image:Megaramp.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Inaccurate Information

The articele says

"He won another gold in the 2006 X Games Big Air. He did this by clearing the 70ft gap with a Rocket Air Backflip, riding the half-pipe to a height of 95.0ft."

This is impossible because there is no half pipe in the Big Air event, only a quarter pipe, and the world record for height is only 54 feet. Toadaron (talk) 21:21, 3 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I will look into this during my expansion of the article this week.--Soulparadox (talk) 03:21, 18 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Triathlon Win

In "On Video" it talks about a win Danny had in a Hawaii Triathlon April 2000 and a $100k prize. I can't find any other references to this. Does anyone know what's up with that? Yes, this is accurate, as he spoke of the win in a 2012 interview for Ride channel (part of the "Free Lunch" series). He also explained that he really needed the money at the time and won the event following his recovery from a serious injury. I will be adding this to the article in due course.--Soulparadox (talk) 03:20, 18 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Expansion

This article really needs to be expanded, in light of Way's status in the global skateboarding community. I will be working on the article over the next couple of weeks and have also added the relevant tag.--Soulparadox (talk) 03:20, 18 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
