Athletics
Ghanaian athletes have so far achieved qualifying standards in the following athletics events (up to a maximum of three athletes in each event at the 'A' Standard, and one at the 'B' Standard):[1][2]

Ghana qualified a total of four boxers.[3] Heavyweight competitor and flag bearer Maxwell Amponsah withdrew from the competition after failing to recover from an injury sustained during a qualification match months prior to the competition.[4]
