Holger Salin (born 18 September 1911 - died between 1943 and 1944) was a Finnish professional footballer who plays as a striker for HIFK Helsinki in the Mestaruussarja and the Finland national football team.

Salin was born in Finland and played professional football with HIFK Helsinki. Salin is the first-ever top goalscorer in the Mestaruussarja, scoring 9 goals, tied with Olof Strömsten of KIF Helsinki in 1930 and was the sole top goalscorer in 1931 with 11 goals. Salin was capped 22 games in 12 years with Finland, scoring only 4 goals in the process.

Salin died between October 1943 and 1944 in the Continuation War.
