Welcome to the WikiProject page for Edinburgh.
The Edinburgh WikiProject is a project, created on 8th September 2009, that helps to bring together editors who are interested in Edinburgh and Edinburgh-related topics. Its goal is to standardise and improve any articles associated with Edinburgh, as well as to create missing articles. If you feel you can make a positive contribution to the project, become a member by joining the list of members.
Scope and motivation
This WikiProject aims primarily to provide information in consistent format for articles on places in, or related to Edinburgh. On top of this, it aims to get the main Edinburgh article to featured status. It also aids the maintenance and improvement of the Scotland Portal.

- Expand the Edinburgh watch list to include all related pages and talk pages.
- Create any missing project pages, categories, etc.
- Obtain GA status for the main Edinburgh article, then work towards making it a Featured Article.
- Create Portal:Edinburgh.
