Kawmoora (Kawmoorah; Kaw Moo Rah; Kaw Moo Ra) is a large flat sandbank which is linked to Burma with a narrow strip of land that is fortified with a 50m long bunker. And it is surrounded by Thailand

Kawmoora was a Karen stronghold. Kawmoora fell to SPDC army in Feb 21, 1995.[1]
