NetBoy is webcomic. Publishing began in May, 1994[1] by creator Stafford Huyler.[2][3] Drawn as a stick figure,[4] NetBoy is an Internet innocent with his greatest joys in life are "fast .GIFs," or full-color pictures that can be downloaded off the Internet.[2]
