Dame Josephine Williams, DBE, DL (born 8 July 1948, Fishpool, Bury, Lancashire) was the chief executive of Mencap until 1 November 2008. She is now a Commissioner of the Care Quality Commission.[1]

Williams was appointed Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire (DBE) in the 2007 New Year Honours for "services to people with learning disabilities".[2]

Josephine Williams

Born on the 12th of January 1995, she currently resides in Western Australia. Her parents are David Williams and Tonia Smolders, whom David is a full time carer for. Likes consist of books, history,music, hanging out with friends, fantasy, adventure/action, harry potter, gay people, poetry, music (old, new, in between, western, classical....anything good), dancing :D, good movies (van helsing :P, titanic, pirates of Caribbean, sense and sensibility, new romeo and Juliet....the list goes on)and birds :) Her favorite band is Blue October at the moment, it practically changes everyday. In her spare time Josephine likes to rape small children and meow.....
