Tribuče is a settlement in the Črnomelj municipality in the Bela Krajina area of southeastern Slovenia. It is made up of a number of smaller settlements scattered along the Črnomelj to Adlešiči road, namely Dolenjsko selo, Šikonijsko selo, Vlaščansko selo, Nova Gorica and Golek. The area is part of the traditional region of Lower Carniola and is now included in the Southeast Slovenia statistical region.[2]
There is a small church in the settlement. It is dedicated to John the Baptist and belongs to the Adlešiči parish. It preserves its older nave to which a new sanctuary and belfry were added in the late 18th century.[3]
