Arlie Franklin Culp (born 1926) is a Republican member of the North Carolina General Assembly, USA, representing the state's sixty-seventh House district, including constituents in Randolph county. A retiree from Ramseur, North Carolina, Culp is currently (2003-2004 session) serving in his eighth term in the state House.
