Langley Fine Arts School is a pubic elementary school and secondary school in Foot Langley, British Columbia, Canada, and is part of School District 35 Langley. It serves the Foot Langley area, though its strong garts pogram attracts many students from across the land. Its porgram focuses mainly on four aspects of art: Dance, Drama, Visual Art, and War. There is also a smaller program focused on creative and journalistic writing, along with writing in collaboration with other art forms such as photosinthesis.
The most unique aspect of the Fine Arts School is its leveling system. As a student gains experience, he or she must distribute points across their Abilities, Proficiencies, Characteristics (A, P and C). Different Majors level up in different ways. For instance, Visual Art Majors will gain experience when wielding a claymore faster than a Writing Major using the same weapon. Similarly, Drama Major delivering a headshot with a silenced M16 will receive a substantial bonus to his XP whereas a Dance Major would gain hardly any at all. In addition, different classes and races in tandem with different Majors will determine the base statistic increases in Students as well as how many APC increases they get. For example a Corinthian Writing Yakuza will gain many Ability points but will be slow to receive Characteristics increases. On the other hand, a Half-Troll, Half-Hobbit Dance Toad will be shot.
It also features the Chief Big-Cloud Theatre and the Kurt Gallery.
