He's dead

I am warning everyone to be on your best behavior. Please be NPOV - that means no name-calling, no unfounded statements, everything needs to be neutral and cited. Do not use the word "terrorist" anywhere in this article; it will be promptly removed. Nutmegger 05:02, 13 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Can't use the word terrorist? Please explain why.

Dadullah Lang?

Why are some media organizations referring to him as "Mullah Dadullah Lang"? What is his real full name? Inkan1969 01:46, 14 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Dubious claim

"In October 2006 it was rumored[9] that the Afghan government was considering giving control of its defense ministry over to Dadullah as part of a reconciliation plan with the Taliban ..." says some columnist at The Nation, but else says so? 154.5.16.4 06:19, 14 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

NATO confirms his death

Death date

Is there any consensus amongst the news agencies on the date that he died. This article keeps changing. I looked yesterday, it said the 13th. I looked yesterday at a later time and it was the 12th. Now it says the 11th. His death date needs to be sourced. Also, the lead says he died the 11th, while the end of the article says that on the 13th, it was reported he died the previous night. All these inconsistencies need to be ironed out. Pepsidrinka 16:35, 14 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Dadullah DID die last Saturday, May 12. And after being shown yesterday, his body was buried today in a funeral attended by friends, but no family, despite Omar's threat that "if [people] don't [hand Dadullah's body to relatives for burial] the consequenses will be very bad." You should definitely update the article, because here's the link. --Angeldeb82 18:29, 14 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Wait a minute. I think he must have died over the weekend or something. I'm getting confused here. --Angeldeb82 18:34, 14 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
