Alleged Scam and Legal Proceedings
In 2024, Vivek Bindra and Bada Business Pvt Ltd faced allegations of running a "money chain like scheme" that allegedly defrauded numerous individuals, particularly young entrepreneurs. On October 7, 2024, the Supreme Court of India issued a notice to the central government and other respondents in response to a petition seeking a CBI probe into the alleged scam. The petition, filed by Shubham Chaudhary and others, claims that despite complaints to local police, no action has been taken.
