Julie Minns is a British politician who has served as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Carlisle since 2024.[1]

Early life

Minns was born in Carlisle and is a distant cousin of Parliamentary candidate Ernest Lowthian.[2]

Minns was elected to Parliament in the 2024 UK general election with a majority of 5,200 votes.[1][3]
