Rename article to "Yuzu (..."
The article seems to be only about the Yuzu emulator, so the article title should be changed to match that. Maybe "Yazu (software)" or "Yazu (emulator)"? — GhostInTheMachine talk to me 09:23, 26 September 2022 (UTC)
- @GhostInTheMachine: Why would we rename the article to "Yazu (..."? The Emulator's name is "Yuzu". ― Blaze WolfTalkBlaze Wolf#6545 13:16, 26 September 2022 (UTC)

- I'm confused. It was moved to "Nintendo Switch Emulators" and then moved back because hte move was contested. ― Blaze WolfTalkBlaze Wolf#6545 13:23, 26 September 2022 (UTC)
- Just a crossover of the timelines I posted after the first rename, but before the restore. I did not see the discussion at WP:RM/T. Nothing to worry about. All is well — GhostInTheMachine talk to me 13:54, 26 September 2022 (UTC)

"Is" or "was"
So it seems like a bit of an edit war on whether to say Yuzu was an emulator or isan emulator is going right now. Personally I am inclined to use "is" because you can still use it if you had downloaded it prior to the settlement with Nintendo and how "is" used for articles on other defunct emulators like Bleem!. Breaking Bad is a TV show, despite new episodes not being made.
Windows 95 is an operating system, despite having been discontinued for decades.
Yuzu is still an emulator. It's just not being distributed. --Golbez (talk) 23:10, 4 March 2024 (UTC)
- I think Yuzu will be forked. It is just on hiatus, but for software of course since it is out of support but still somewhere archived, it exists User73663828 (talk) 04:20, 5 March 2024 (UTC)
