Ochi (越知町; -cho) is a town located in Takaoka District, Kochi, Japan.

As of 2003, the town has an estimated population of 7,139 and a density of 63.98 persons per km². The total area is 111.58 km².

As of April 1, 2007 the town participates in the JET Programme, having 2 representatives teaching English and participating in international exchange programmes. The town also coordinates a cross cultural exchange programme for the local junior high school and another junior high school located in Korea.
