This article needs to be updated and expanded. The Grace Co trial for environmental crimes is ongoing and can be seen as a reply to this commission. When the Commission was meeting, the goal was to make the government efficient like the free market and to condemn its inefficiencies. But look at the environmental crimes the free market has permitted?
