I am not associated with Ace Telephone, but family members have several ISP accounts with them. They have noticed they they are sometimes blocked when attempting to edit Wikipedia, and have even received mail when connecting to the site, before logging in. Ace does not assign exclusive IP numbers, but rather assigns them randomly when one dials up, operating, I gather, rather like AOL. It can be frustrating.
