In 2013, Adjarabet won the "Sponsor of the Year" award at the Electronauts Music Festival.[1]
In 2016, Adjarabet organized a WSOP Circuit Georgia event.[2]

In February 2019, the UK gambling operator Paddy Power Betfair announced the acquisition of a 51% controlling stake in Adjarabet, with an option to acquire the remaining 49% after three years.[4]
In December 2019, Adjarabet released the first ever Georgian interactive film "Arena" in a collaboration with JWT Metro. It has often been compared to Black Mirror: Bandersnatch, but the company claims that it started filming "Arena" before Bandersnatch was released. This movie was part of the company's Responsible gambling initiative. [5]
During the COVID-19 pandemic Adjarabet donated 500,000 Georgian lari to the government to buy testing equipment. [6]
