File source and copyright licensing problem with File:Livas.jpg

File Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading File:Livas.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status and its source. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously.

If you did not create this work entirely yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. You will also need to state under what licensing terms it was released. Speedy deletion nomination of File:Livadas English publications.jpg

A tag has been placed on File:Livadas English publications.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the file appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted content borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Permission for republication of book covers?

Hello! Your recent upload File:Covers of English publications of Yannis Livadas.jpg doesn't qualify as public domain, and it will be deleted within 7 days if a proper license isn't added. You noted that the publishers of these books have given permission for these covers to be republished. The links you added don't help your cause: the Austerity Measures page says nothing about copying, and the terms of use page clearly states that copying is forbidden: "You may not copy, post, transmit, store, publish, download or otherwise use our . . . content . . . in any way for any other reason without our prior written approval. You must not use any part of the content on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors."
