"Everyday"
Song

"Everyday" is a song recorded by American singer Ariana Grande, set to be released to the radio on January 10, 2017 as the fourth single for her third studio album, Dangerous Woman (2016).[1] The song features guest vocals from American rapper Future. Its producers Max Martin and Ilya Salmanzadeh co-wrote the song with Savan Kotecha, Grande, and Future.[2]

Background and release

On May 13, 2016, Grande announced on her Instagram account that a new song from her album Dangerous Woman would be premiered exclusively on Apple Music every day until the release of the album.[3] The same day, Grande posted a short preview of "Everyday" via Instagram, then premiered the song on Apple Music the same day.

Set for release on January 10, 2017, the track is due to be sent to US rhythmic contemporary radio and become Dangerous Woman's fourth single.[4]

Composition

"Everyday" is an electronic ballad with elements of hip hop and trap. Lyrically, the song talks about getting pleasure while having sex. It is written in the key of G minor with a common time tempo of 65 beats per minute. Grande's vocals span two and a half octaves, from the low note of G3 to the high note of D6.
