Collinsville is an unincorporated community in southeastern Milford Township, Butler County, Ohio, United States.[1] Although it is unincorporated, it has a post office, with the ZIP code of 45004.[2]
Collinsville was named for Charles Collins, a wagonmaker who bought the first townlot.[3]
It lies at the intersection of U.S. Route 127 and State Route 73.
