Lennart Strand (13 June 1921 – 23 January 2004) was a Swedish middle distance runner who won the silver medal over 1500 m at the 1948 Summer Olympics in London. The race was won by his compatriot Henry Eriksson. Strand also equalled Gunder Hägg's 1500 m world record of 3:43.0 in Malmö in 1947. He won a gold medal in the 1500 metres at the 1946 European Championships in Athletics.
