Baij Nath Puri (born January 25, 1916) is a historian from India. He completed M. Lit. and D. Phil from Oxford University.[1] his He is vice-president and member of the International Board of Editors for the history of Civilizations in Central Asia at the UNESCO. He has also been Professor and Head of the Department of Ancient Indian History and Culture at the Lucknow University.[1]
